Higley Haymakers

Founded in 2022, the Higley Haymakers joined the Arizona Vintage Base Ball League representing the unincorporated farming community of Higley, where hard work and local pride run deep. Wearing black and yellow, the Haymakers play an energetic brand of base ball, marked by enthusiasm and a steady competitive drive.

Led by Captain Patrick “The Mayor” Murphy, the Haymakers are a spirited club and a reliable challenge for any opponent. They play with intensity and confidence, keeping matches lively and engaging from first pitch to final out.

For the Higley Haymakers, each match is an opportunity to take part in the old game as it was meant to be played — competitive, communal, and full of character, with history carried forward on the Arizona diamond.
